BREAKFAST MENU

Breakfast at Oakbank is served in the Dining Room at times to suit our guests. Please let us know the night before, having made your selection from the menu below:

Cereals, fruit juice, fresh and tinned fruit are on self-service from the buffet.

The following are served to order:

• Porridge
• Eggs: Fried, Poached, Scrambled, Boiled
• Bacon: Grilled
• Sausages: Grilled
• Mushrooms: Sautéed
• Tomatoes: Grilled
• Haggis: Grilled
• Black Pudding: Grilled
• Potato Scones: Fried
  
• alternatively:

• Kippers Microwaved (with / without eggs etc);
• Smoked Haddock With or without poached egg;

or, for vegetarians:

• Vegetarian breakfasts can be provided, using vegetarian sausages, baked beans, eggs, tomatoes etc.

or, for those who would rather avoid a cooked breakfast, we can provide a Continental Breakfast including, in addition  to fruit and cereals, a platter of selected cheeses and cooked meats and, of course:

•  Toast (Brown or white) 
•  Tea / Coffee
