We have three letting rooms:

• One double bedroom with bathroom en suite
• Two twin-bedded rooms with bath/shower rooms en suite

All bedrooms are equipped with

• colour televisions,
  
  
• hair dryers,
  
  
• tea and coffee making facilities with a selection of teas, coffees, drinking chocolate, horlicks and biscuits

Meals are served around a Victorian table in the Dining Room.

• A breakfast menu form can be found in the information folder in each room. Guests are invited to make a selection and leave the form with us the previous evening. Breakfast is served at whatever time suits our guests. 
  
  
• Dinner is served at 7pm with a pre-set, three-course menu comprising traditional dishes using, where possible, local seasonal produce from Galloway's rivers, lochs, farms and forests. At least two days' notice is required if guests wish to book dinners.
   
  The Guests' Lounge is equipped with television and video facilities and a well-stocked library.
   
  The house is centrally heated with individual room thermostats.

There is ample parking space for cars and storage can be provided for bicycles or other equipment.
